Proud Moments ABA is seeking a detail-oriented and clinically minded Clinical Authorizations Associate (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote role. If you have an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification and are someone who thrives on precision and collaboration, this is your opportunity to support families by ensuring seamless care authorization and compliance. In this pivotal role, you’ll:

• Review treatment plans and clinical documents for initial and ongoing authorizations
• Ensure treatment plans reflect medical necessity and adhere to behavior analytic principles
• Submit clinical documentation within required deadlines
• Track and report feedback from insurance payors
• Conduct clinical calls with insurance providers to support authorizations

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience conducting assessments and writing treatment and behavior intervention plans (preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
