[Hiring] Clinical Advisor, Strategic Enablement @Timeless Medical Systems

Role Description

The Clinical Advisor, Strategic Enablement will engage with our internal customers driving clinical direction for enablement, technical documentation, and instructional design at Timeless Medical Systems®. They will liaise with clinicians across the organization to gain a solid understanding of how we can tailor our enablement and marketing assets to be clinically relevant and add the most value for our customers.

Job Duties

• Participate in the full training lifecycle by writing clinically relevant workflow scripts enabling the successful design and delivery of e-learning modules, video tutorials, and interactive simulations.
• Work with the Strategic Enablement and Marketing team to influence and create marketing assets, Job Aids, e-learning modules, video tutorials, and interactive simulations.
• Engage directly with our internal TMS teams to provide strategic clinical education and guidance for all TMS software products.
• Recommend industry best practices to internal stakeholders and present clinical proof to drive enablement priorities.
• Support the analysis, design, implementation, evaluation, optimization, and maintenance of TMS Medical products and strategic projects.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of clinical care, practice standards, patient flow, and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Dietetics, Nursing, Allied Health, Informatics).
• Healthcare license (e.g., Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse) or related certification (e.g., Milk Tech) is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of direct clinical work experience in a milk lab environment, neonatal intensive care/pediatrics, or clinical informatics.
• Develop and maintain thorough expertise in all TMS software applications and products.
• Ability to interpret, translate, and apply complex technical and clinical information.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing clinical and technical requirements to formulate enablement strategies.
• Able to write operational procedures in both technical and user-oriented language.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter, highly motivated to lead proactive organizational and workflow changes.
• Effective deadline and priority management.
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office and Google Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, GDrive).
• Proficiency with screen capture and video editing tools is an asset, but not a requirement.

Work Conditions

• Extended periods of sitting and desktop computer operation.
• Working in a remote environment with frequent cross-departmental interaction.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Occasional travel may be required for customer/pilot site visits, conferences, and strategic planning meetings (Canada and USA).
