[Hiring] Clinical Advisor - Dental Solutions Business @SOLVENTUM

Role Description

As a Clinical Advisor (CA) for the Dental Solutions business, you will play a key role in supporting Solventum’s customers and commercial teams by delivering high‑quality technical expertise and clinically supported education. You will help dental professionals improve patient outcomes through the safe and effective use of Solventum solutions.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Collaborating closely with sales teams, including joint activities to prioritized customers when required, ensuring alignment with business priorities and key growth areas.
• Supporting key customer penetration (KA, DSO) through technical / clinical expertise and education.
• Delivering education to dental professionals on the safe and effective use of Solventum products during Solventum events in a form of lectures, webinars, and hands-on.
• Organizing and supporting educational activities with KOLs.
• Supporting educational activities driven by third‑party organizations. Representing Solventum at congresses, summits, dental academies, universities, and associations.
• Providing constant development of the sales team’s product knowledge, including NPIs. Supporting with product trainings for new hires following the Training & Education curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry/dental related studies.
• Strong product knowledge across the dental solutions product portfolio.
• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• Product demonstration skills including hands-on.
• Strong customer focus; selling skills is a plus.
• Highly motivated, team player, and confident communicator.

Requirements

• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Work location: United Kingdom.
• Work Type: Remote.
• Travel: May include up to 80% domestic/20% international.
• Company Vehicle: This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
