[Hiring] Clinical Administrator @Anna Freud

Role Description

Join our team as a Clinical Administrator and make a difference to children and young people’s lives! Anna Freud is seeking a Clinical Administrator on a Fixed term contract to April 2028 to join our world-leading mental health charity for children, young people and their families.

• Provide administrative support to an early intervention service delivering brief, evidence-based mental health support to children, young people, and families.
• Process referrals and enquiries from schools, parents, young people, CAMHS, and other multi-agency professionals, triaging and booking consultations.
• Liaise with families, professionals, and multi-agency partners about service offers and appointments.
• Maintain accurate service records and collate and report service data for monthly, termly, and annual reporting.
• Carry out team administration, including letters, emails, and phone calls relating to casework, and attend meetings.
• Promote the service's interventions, workshops, and training, representing the division at internal and external events.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and confident administrator with experience supporting busy clinical or children’s services teams.
• Experience supporting clinical teams in health, mental health, education, or services working with children, young people, and families.
• Good working knowledge of administrative processes, including maintaining accurate recording systems and compiling reports.
• Confident IT skills across Microsoft Office, web-based systems, and CRM or case-management systems.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Sound judgement and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact.
