[Hiring] Chart Completion Specialist @Saint Luke's Health System

Role Description

In order to allow for timely completion of the medical record, the Chart Completion Specialist will review each discharged patient record for incomplete or missing items based on departmental and federal requirements. The Analyst will:

• Identify the responsible practitioner for each of these items.
• Link the deficiencies to the appropriate physician for completion.
• Verify chart completion.
• Monitor necessary queues to ensure all records are completed appropriately.

This is a remote position.

The Shifts:

• Monday through Friday availability
• 24 hours per week
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience
