Role Description
The Program Delivery Lead strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members or market leadership towards value-based relationships and/or improved quality metrics. The Program Delivery Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Develops programs designed to drive value-based relationships.

Partners with leaders regarding implementation planning.

Reviews and communicates results of programs.

Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.

Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks.

Works under minimal supervision.

Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree
-
8 or more years of technical experience
-
2 or more years of project leadership experience
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, Access)

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Strong relationship building skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Requirements

Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

PMP certification (a plus)
-
Six Sigma Certification (also a plus)

Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care

Strong analytical skills

Work at Home Requirements:

Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps required.

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel: Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
