[Hiring] Call Center Registered Nurse @OpenLoop Health Partners

Role Description

OpenLoop is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our remote Call Center team. In this role, you will be a key member of our Nursing Team, working closely with the Nurse Manager and RN Team Leads to deliver exceptional patient support and care. This position follows a Wednesday–Saturday schedule from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week with a one-hour break each day.

• Support our inbound call center.
• Occasionally conduct outbound calls.
• Assess patient needs and offer medical advice.
• Coordinate care plans and ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Provide outstanding patient experience.
• Administer medication support and manage side effects.
• Engage with patients courteously and empathetically.
• Complete detailed documentation of patient care interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Meet productivity targets and quality standards.
• Complete additional project work as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered compact licensure in good standing.
• Eligibility to obtain 50 state licensure.
• Must live in the state in which the Compact was granted.
• Associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred.
• At least 5+ years of clinical experience in telemedicine, acute care, critical care, or primary care.
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality.
• Above average proficiency in technology and EHR systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for technical concerns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Full-time scheduled role requiring availability for extended hours.
• Telemedicine or virtual care experience preferred.
• Experience working with patients on GLP-1 medications preferred.
