[Hiring] Board Certified Behavior Analyst @Heart to Heart Health Care Services

Role Description

This is a part-time opportunity with after-school and evening hours, making it ideal for a BCBA looking to supplement their caseload or maintain a flexible schedule. We are open to remote supervision and are committed to supporting both our clinicians and the families we serve.

Position Details

• Pay: $85–$95 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–7:30 PM EST
• Location: New Jersey (Remote/Hybrid Available)
• Employment Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Create and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Review and analyze client data to ensure treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with BACB and payer requirements
• Participate in treatment team meetings and parent training sessions

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
