Role Description

What You’ll Do:

• Provide BCBA supervision for assigned cases.
• Oversee treatment plans, BIPs, and clinical programming.
• Conduct assessments and complete progress reports.
• Supervise and support BTs and Case Managers.
• Provide parent/caregiver training.
• Monitor client progress and ensure quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Strong communication and clinical leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable providing telehealth supervision.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus!

Requirements

• $60.00 per hour
