Role Description

EB Pediatric Resources is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with clients in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a flexible schedule and who values collaboration, flexibility, and quality clinical care. • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed
• Supervise RBTs and support high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
• Ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure
• 1–3 years of ABA experience (preferred)
• Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teams
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and client-centered care
