Role Description
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in early intervention, your role is pivotal in applying evidence-based strategies to comprehend and shape behavior in young children. Your responsibilities encompass:

Conducting Individualized Skill and Behavior Assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF.

Developing and Overseeing Customized Treatment Plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each child.

Providing Parent Coaching to equip parents with knowledge and strategies to support their child's development.

Delivering Ongoing Professional Development to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to enhance their skills and expertise.

Assessing Kiddo Progress through Data Analysis to ensure interventions are evidence-based and continually adjusted.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

BCBA certification (Required)

Bilingual - English & Spanish

Prior Payor credentialing preferred

Ability to pass a background check (Required)

Experience working with kids with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
