Role Description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in early intervention, your role is pivotal in applying evidence-based strategies to comprehend and shape behavior in young children. Your responsibilities encompass:

• Conducting Individualized Skill and Behavior Assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF.
• Developing and Overseeing Customized Treatment Plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each child.
• Providing Parent Coaching to equip parents with knowledge and strategies to support their child's development.
• Delivering Ongoing Professional Development to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to enhance their skills and expertise.
• Assessing Kiddo Progress through Data Analysis to ensure interventions are evidence-based and continually adjusted.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (Required)
• Bilingual - English & Spanish
• Prior Payor credentialing preferred
• Ability to pass a background check (Required)
• Experience working with kids with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
• Communication skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to collaborate
• Professional demeanor
