Role Description

As a bilingual licensed therapist at Sailor Health, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting
• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
• Licensed in California
• Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Requirements

• Full-time (W2) opportunities for independently licensed, bilingual (English/Spanish) therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• Start at 25 hours per week and build from there
• Set your own schedule across 7 days a week
• No on-call or evenings required
