[Hiring] Bilingual Pediatric Occupational Therapist @TeamUp Therapy

Role Description

This is a fully-remote 1099 independent contractor position with the potential to grow into a full-time caseload.

• Minimum caseload of 10 hours per week - otherwise, YOU choose the number of clients you serve.

Qualifications

• AOTA Certification and valid state licensure for practice in Georgia.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• A passion for pediatric occupational therapy, particularly with children who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Strong commitment to a family-centered therapy approach.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Excellent communication skills, crucial for effective telehealth delivery and family engagement.
• One year of pediatric experience.
• One year of telehealth experience.

Requirements

• Deliver high-quality telehealth speech therapy to pediatric clients, with the ability to provide services to Spanish-speaking families.
• Deliver high-quality telehealth occupational therapy to pediatric clients.
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, ensuring clarity and understanding of therapy goals and progress in both English and Spanish.
• Contribute to the team with a positive attitude and a commitment to our mission and principles.
