[Hiring] Bilingual Medical Scribe @Staffing for Doctors

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Medical Scribe (Spanish/English) with a strong background in ophthalmology to support providers in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with real-time (live) scribing and be comfortable working closely with doctors during patient visits.

• Provide real-time (live) medical scribing during patient encounters in ophthalmology settings
• Accurately document patient history, examinations, procedures, and treatment plans in the EMR
• Accompany physicians during consultations and exams, using an iPad for documentation
• Ensure all medical records are complete, accurate, and compliant with healthcare regulations
• Assist with chart completion and workflow efficiency to support providers
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with providers and clinical staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a scribe or similar role in ophthalmology is a MUST.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• This is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week)
• Pay rate of $7 – $8 per hour depending on skillset and experience
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM PST
