Role Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Bilingual Medical Receptionist to support a podiatry practice based in New Jersey. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English and have experience handling front-desk administrative responsibilities in a healthcare setting. This role involves managing patient communications, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general administrative tasks while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinic's cloud-based system
• Answer and return patient calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner
• Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish
• Update and maintain accurate patient records in the system
• Coordinate provider schedules and ensure accurate appointment entries
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Compensation & Payment

• $6/hour for the first 3 months
• $7/hour after the probationary period
• Payment Method: Wise or Payoneer
• Payment Cycle: Biweekly

Requirements

• Previous medical or dental receptionist experience preferred
• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Strong English communication and listening skills
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet and professional work environment
• Ability to work during Eastern Time (ET) hours
