Role Description
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and clinically experienced Bilingual Medical Assistant to join a growing remote healthcare team supporting U.S.-based medical providers. This role combines clinical knowledge with administrative coordination to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care while providers remain organized and supported.

Assist with patient triage, care coordination, medical documentation, appointment management, and communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, medical offices, or healthcare organizations.

Licensed Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical certification required.

Registered Nurses (RN) or Medical Doctors (MD) are highly preferred.

Resume must clearly indicate current license or certification status.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care standards.

Experience performing patient triage and urgency assessment.

Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Advanced English proficiency (C1) required.

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
