Role Description
In this high-impact role, you’ll report to our Executive Clinical Leadership team and lead a growing team of behavioral health providers. You’ll work closely with our operations partners to ensure care runs smoothly, while driving clinical quality, enhancing the patient experience, and helping to shape a mission-driven team and care model. This position is fully remote, with optional in-person work days in the Bay Area, CA.

Qualifications

Proven track record solving operational challenges in behavioral health or similar clinical settings

Balances empathy for staff with structure, accountability, and clear boundaries

Comfortable with ambiguity; sees opportunity in fast-changing environments

Natural leader who empowers teams and raises the bar

Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Master’s-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Active CA license with 7+ years post-licensure experience; open to or already holding multi-state licenses

Experience in pediatric behavioral health assessments and evidence-based treatment

3+ years managing clinical teams, including scheduling, culture, and quality

Skilled in improving workflows, outcomes, and patient experience

Collaborative, proactive, and tech-savvy

Culturally responsive and committed to ongoing learning

Requirements

Supervise and support a growing clinical team of psychologists and master’s level providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.

Lead with empathy, transparency, and accountability—fostering a clinical culture that engages and retains high-performing individuals and maintains accountability to performance standards.

Champion clinical excellence and uphold the highest ethical and regulatory standards across the team.

Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team with the flexibility to support last-minute scheduling changes when needed.

Conduct diagnostic assessments.

Lead new patient intake appointments.

Facilitate group therapy for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD, co-occurring Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety and more!

Collaborate closely with our Operations team to align clinician schedules with patient needs, manage time off, and ensure optimal availability for care.

Lead process optimization- evaluate and refine workflows, outcomes, and patient experience.

Balance clinical judgment with business acumen to drive decision making that impacts the clinician experience, processes, and business outcomes.
