Role Description

This is a telehealth position but we need you to live in South Carolina.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives.
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Help staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care.
• Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification.
• Master's Degree.
• Live in South Carolina.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care.
• Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice.
• Strong communication skills.
