Role Description

You're a newly licensed or early-career therapist (LSW or LPC) in Central Illinois looking for a remote caseload with real clinical support behind it. You want your supervision hours covered, your schedule to be flexible, and your work to actually matter. Champaign-Urbana produces excellent clinicians — and we want to keep that talent working in Illinois communities.

• Deliver teletherapy to K–12 students in Illinois school districts
• Collaborate with school counselors and families
• Use evidence-based approaches
• Contribute to a growing clinical team

Qualifications

• Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we cannot hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)
• Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings

Requirements

• Preferred: CBT, DBT, or similar modality training
• Preferred: School-based or youth clinical experience
• Active NPI and CAQH
