Role Description
As an Affiliate EAP Counsellor, you will serve as a vital clinical partner within our network, providing high-quality mental health support to corporate employees across various modalities. You will operate within a structured framework that prioritizes clinical integrity, timely documentation, and excellence in short-term, solution-focused therapy to deliver a premium care experience.
Working Hours and Flexibility

Modality & Setup: Flexible, multi-modal delivery based on case allocation.

Location Requirement: Preferred to have a dedicated physical office or clinic space in the city of application to support in-person counseling alongside virtual/telephonic sessions.
Core Responsibilities

Clinical Care Delivery

Multi-Modal Therapy: Deliver high-quality counselling via Face-to-Face (in-person), Virtual (on-camera), and Telephonic modalities.

Solution-Focused Interventions: Apply evidence-based practices tailored specifically to workplace wellness and employee care timelines.

Documentation & Compliance

24-Hour Mandate: Commit to Lyra’s strict 24-hour documentation compliance policy. All case notes must be completed within this timeframe to ensure seamless case management and accurate remuneration tracking.

Quality Standards: Maintain rigorous clinical notes that meet global quality standards and audit protocols.

Case Authorization & Protocol Adherence

Verification System: Ensure all client interactions are formally verified via Lyra’s official notice system. In the absence of a formal notification from Lyra Health, treatment cannot be initiated under the EAP umbrella.

Safety First: Actively identify high-risk cases, crises, or clinical "red flags," and strictly follow Lyra’s established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for emergency handling.

Ethical Boundaries & Governance

Financial Integrity: Adhere to Lyra's direct-transaction policy. All fees are handled centrally, and any direct billing or transaction with the employee is strictly prohibited.

Non-Solicitation: Maintain total transparency and respect professional boundaries by adhering to a strict non-solicitation policy to safeguard the integrity of the EAP ecosystem.
Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.

A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.

A minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of your Master’s degree.

Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred, alongside a profound understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models.
