This is a remote telemedicine role serving patients seeking care within our urgent care services, offering flexibility and variety. Providers licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, or Maine are encouraged to apply. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available!

Deliver patient-focused care by assessing and treating a wide range of illnesses and injuries through telemedicine.

Help load-balance patient volume by coordinating care between in-clinic and telemedicine services, ensuring timely access for urgent care patients.

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, diagnostic tests (e.g., x-rays, ECGs, lab work), and treatment planning.

Provide patient education and counseling, covering therapeutic regimens, health maintenance, and wellness promotion.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations.

Stay informed on industry standards, emerging practices, and legislative updates to ensure top-tier care.

Support team development by sharing knowledge and mentoring clinical staff.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and quality in every patient interaction.
Qualifications

Master's degree
-
Certification by Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certifying body

Have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions

BLS certified
-
Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care setting is preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and clinical management systems (EMR).

Strong knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations including the requirements of the HIPAA and OSHA and applicable state rules and regulations pertinent to medical practices.

Relevant drugs and their chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations that they undergo.

Non-pharmaceutical patient care aids, their applicable uses, and relevance to patient care.

Current principles, methods, and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
Requirements

Full-Time: Three shifts per week with four shifts per month on either a Saturday or Sunday

Part-Time: Two shifts per week with two shifts a month on either a Saturday or Sunday
