Role Description

We are currently seeking two (2) part-time, permanent 9-8-8 Hub Supervisor (Bilingual) to join the team. A 9-8-8 Hub Supervisor works within the clinical operations team of the 9-8-8 Hub and supports the 9-8-8 National Hub responders. As part of the supervision team, the daytime supervisor is responsible for:

• Providing real-time support to responders
• Ensuring responders provide the best possible support to service users
• Aligning with the 9-8-8 Suicide and Support Helpline

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and French)
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
• Strong communication skills
