Role Description
The 340B Program Coordinator supports 340B program operations, compliance, and optimization initiatives for Longitude Rx members and clients. This role focuses on improving 340B qualification accuracy, refining TPA and ESP configurations, strengthening audit readiness, and delivering clear, professional client‑facing communication and reporting. The coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring compliant program performance and contributing to operational and financial improvements.
Core Responsibilities

Monitor daily 340B program activity to ensure accurate, compliant capture across contract pharmacy and in-house networks.

Review and improve eligibility logic, prescriber lists, encounter data, and location mapping to enhance 340B qualification accuracy.

Identify qualification gaps, missed opportunities, and data inconsistencies; recommend and support corrective actions.

Evaluate and optimize TPA configuration, including filters, accumulator logic, data feeds, and pricing rules.

Conduct routine ESP designation reviews to maintain accurate covered entity and contract pharmacy mappings.

Track manufacturer blocks, reversals, and compliance trends; implement updates to maintain compliant capture.

Maintain documentation, logs, and audit trails required for HRSA, internal, and manufacturer audit readiness.

Produce scheduled reporting with insights, trends, and program performance metrics for clients and internal teams.

Collaborate with health system stakeholders to support program performance assessment and operational improvements.

Partner with technology vendors, TPAs, and internal teams to test and implement configuration or data updates.

Serve as a client-facing representative, presenting findings, trends, and recommendations clearly and professionally.

Translate technical and operational 340B concepts into actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

1–3 years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy operational roles.

1–3 years of 340B program experience required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong understanding of 340B program operations, eligibility logic, and contract pharmacy workflows.

Familiarity with TPA platforms and data flows supporting 340B capture and replenishment.

Strong organizational and documentation skills supporting audit readiness.
