Role Description
GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking a creative and motivated YouTube Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies specifically for our YouTube channel.
- Create engaging video content
- Optimize existing videos for SEO
- Drive viewer engagement and subscriptions
- Work closely with content creators to brainstorm ideas for new video concepts and campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand goals

Qualifications
- Proven experience in YouTube marketing or social media marketing
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, video SEO, and audience engagement tactics
- Experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production

- Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Familiarity with video editing software and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field is preferred
