Role Description
As a Website Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the online presence of our clients through regular website updates and audits. Your responsibilities encompass a range of tasks related to content management, compliance adherence, and continuous improvement of website performance.
Position Responsibilities:

Content Management:

Hide new car specials on the 1st of the month.

Utilizing approved offers, post new vehicles specials with correct linking and tagging.

Post client & coop/compliance approved sliders with accurate click throughs and tagging.

Update client approved service specials.
-
Complete weekly/monthly desktop & mobile website audits utilizing approved checklist.
-
Evaluation of your customer-facing website to screen for design flaws and glitches that may interfere with browsing or purchasing.

Reporting of design & development recommendations.

Highlight inefficiencies such as poor optimization, lengthy page loading times, and duplicate content.
-
Spot errors such as broken links, misspelled words, improperly tagged images, and outdated information.

Identify oversights such as missing search boxes, contact information, or a clear way to return to your homepage.

Performance β Improve user experience by implementing strategies to decrease page load times.
-
Conversion optimization β Add elements designed to build trust, such as awards, certifications, and testimonials.

Screen for navigation problems such as poorly defined headers that prevent users from smoothly moving to another page.

Take action on and resolve any issues found in website audit.

Constant record keeping of website audits in our internal dashboard.

Submits all dealer websites for compliance approval on a monthly basis, if applicable:

Making all required changes in a timely manner.

Resubmitting.
-
Obtaining and filing compliance approval letter.
Qualifications

1+ years of work experience.

Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
