Role Description
Weβre looking for a Webinar Events Manager to take the lead on our webinar and virtual events programme across the UK and Ireland. Youβll own the journey from start to finish, turning great ideas into engaging experiences that spark conversations, generate demand and get our brand in front of the right audiences.
-
Own our webinar programme across the UK and Ireland, managing a busy calendar of product demos, thought-leadership sessions and larger virtual events.
-
Take each webinar from idea to live event, managing timelines, registration, speakers, rehearsals, delivery and follow-up.
-
Create events people want to attend, working with Content Marketing and subject-matter experts to shape timely, relevant and engaging topics.
-
Drive registrations and attendance, building promotional plans across email, social, paid media, partner and lead-generation channels.
-
Take centre stage, confidently hosting and moderating webinars, introducing speakers, managing Q&As and keeping audiences engaged.
-
Set our speakers up for success, supporting internal teams, customers and external experts with preparation, rehearsals and webinar best practice.
-
Build strong external partnerships, working with industry experts, analysts, customers and event partners to extend our reach and bring fresh perspectives to our programme.
-
Work closely across the business, partnering with Marketing, Sales and Solution Consulting to make sure our webinars support wider campaigns and commercial priorities.
-
Measure what matters, tracking registrations, attendance, engagement, lead generation and pipeline influence to understand whatβs working.
-
Keep raising the bar, using performance insights and audience feedback to test new ideas and continuously improve our content, promotion and overall webinar experience.
-
Turn engagement into opportunity, ensuring our webinar programme builds brand awareness, generates demand and ultimately supports business growth.
Qualifications
-
Experience delivering webinars, virtual events, event marketing or demand generation, with a strong track record of taking events from idea through to delivery and follow-up.
-
The confidence to take the mic, hosting and moderating live webinars, leading Q&As and creating an engaging experience for your audience.
-
Strong project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple events, deadlines and moving parts on track.
-
A natural collaborator who can bring together Marketing, Sales, subject-matter experts and external partners to deliver brilliant events.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a real eye for engaging content and audience experience.
-
A commercial mindset, understanding how great events can build awareness, generate demand and contribute to pipeline.
Requirements
-
Experience within HR, HCM, HR technology or workforce management, with an understanding of the challenges facing HR and People teams.
-
Experience working with webinar platforms, content syndication providers, lead-generation partners or event agencies.
-
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms and using data to understand campaign and event performance.
