[Hiring] Web / Social Media Intern @Roche

Role Description

We are looking for you to join Roche and our Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. As a Web / Social Media Intern, you are a valued member of the Integrated Workforce Solutions Chapter. Your future team is focusing on attracting and engaging talents worldwide. As a key player in talent acquisition and digital marketing, the team is building strong and diverse talent pipelines, creating Roche brand awareness and social media / talent marketing campaigns, and increasing the number of valuable candidates via different online channels.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing the content on the Roche Career
• Creating and scheduling content on different social media channels
• Monitoring and handling inquiries and comments on the global Roche social media channels (LinkedIn and Facebook)
• Gaining knowledge about analytics of our employer branding efforts and applying that knowledge to advise our HR and Digital Talent Marketing teams globally
• Supporting the embedding of the new ways of working, actively participating in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
• Behaving as a role model to team members, showing a positive and flexible attitude
• Building relationships with HR colleagues within the PSS organization as well as with customers to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness

Qualifications

• Active student status at a Hungarian university
• Confidence in the digital world / social media and digital agility
• Basic understanding in social media content management
• Proactive mindset
• Strong customer centricity, end-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills, growth & agile mindset
• Multi-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Fluent English
