Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Web Content Manager to support the creation, optimization, and publication of thought leadership content that appears on the companyโs website, as well as maintain editorial calendars and monitor and report on metrics. Experience with performing SEO keyword research, doing competitive analysis, and developing link-building strategies is a plus.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Content Strategy, the Web Content Manager will work with writers, SEO analysts, and others across the Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to publish online content that supports business objectives.
What You'll Do

Proofread using Robert Half style and brand voice and upload SEO optimized content on the Robert Half website using Adobe Experience Manager.

Identify opportunities that are in line with key business messages and opportunities for new thought leadership for the companyโs website using content gap analyses in coordination with content strategy managers.

Evaluate content ideas from an SEO lens and provide feedback on the potential for organic traffic to help grow audience and engagement.

Find stock images that are in line with Robert Half brand to accompany online content.

Use Canva to create graphics and upgrade data visualization emphasis for articles.

Update existing online content with new research and optimize it for search engines. Also add crosslinks and backlinks.

Update editorial calendar to ensure all teams can leverage Robert Half content.

Create social media advocacy posts for online thought leadership content.

Produce and share out web page metrics and takeaways to help grow audience and engagement.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of communications or marketing experience.

Experience writing, editing, and proofreading professional content.

Web content optimization experience, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimizations, and linking strategies.

Proficiency using content management systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Benefits

The typical annual salary range for this position is $77,000.00 - $114,000.00 and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
