Role Description
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on VP Marketing to own the full marketing function as we scale. This is a pipeline-generation and brand-building role. You will work directly with the CEO and VP Sales to drive both our corporate acquisition and franchisee deployment motions through world-class marketing.

Product Marketing

Define and continuously refine Hi Autoβs positioning and competitive differentiation across both GTM motions.

Translate product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric messaging for corporate HQs and franchise operators.

Own buyer personas, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis.

Produce or direct enterprise whitepapers, case studies, ROI tools, and pilot overviews that support every stage of the sales cycle.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Build and execute named-account ABM programs targeting ~66 US corporate QSR brands across LinkedIn, email, and display.

Own buying committee mapping and coordinate outreach tightly with the VP Sales.

Field Marketing

Own the full lifecycle of QSR industry events β outreach, booth experience, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.

Execute executive dinners and briefings at conferences; secure speaking slots at franchisee conventions.

Brand & PR

Scale the PR program across QSR trade press and tech publications; build CEO thought leadership on LinkedIn.

Ensure brand consistency across both motions and create the βBrand Transition Kitβ for franchise network rollouts.

AI-Powered Marketing

Direct AI-assisted processes for content production, data enrichment, campaign optimization, and competitive research.

Continuously identify opportunities to use AI to drive efficiency.

Marketing Operations

Lead a full HubSpot cleanup, build tiered segmentation, and own marketing automation end-to-end.

Collaborate with the VP Sales on shared pipeline definitions, data quality, and forecast accuracy.
Qualifications

8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.

Strong product marketing foundation β positioning, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and win/loss analysis.

Hands-on ABM experience against a finite, named-account target list; proficient in LinkedIn Ads and intent data tools.

Has owned field marketing and event cycles end-to-end, from pre-conference planning through ROI measurement.

Has built or scaled a PR and thought leadership program in a vertical market.

Proficient in HubSpot and actively uses AI tools to create content, automate workflows, and scale output.

QSR, restaurant tech, or adjacent vertical experience preferred; franchise or channel marketing experience is a strong plus.
