Role Description
This senior level revenue position will lead integrated programs within the following customer vertical teams: strategy, communications, marketing, and planning. Additional responsibilities include leading the strategic and tactical customer planning process.
Major Responsibilities and Tasks / Duties of the Position

Customer Strategy vertical leader:
-
Collaborate with executive leader to annually cascade Value Creation Planning strategies to all Customer channels, sub-processes, segments, and vertical teams, by brand.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams within brand, customer development (CD), emerging channels, and fresh pack to develop annual customer-facing strategies.

Customer Communications vertical leader:
-
Collaborate with executive leader and stakeholders within brand, CD, emerging channels, fresh pack, to develop, align, train, and launch all customer facing communication.

Provide tools and training to elevate the CD teamโs capability to create customer specific content that is aligned to the specific brand plan.

Customer Marketing vertical leader:
-
Manage all customer specific marketing (CSM) / marketing development funds (MDF) for TheogCompanies.
-
Collaborate with the customer marketing team on customer specific marketing activity.
-
Assist executive leader in understanding how the CSM/MDF spending is agreed to, managed, and a process to reduce/eliminate the spending for the future.

Customer Planning vertical leader:
-
Support and develop our customer planning leader who is responsible for all calendars, meetings, tools, tracking, trade events, and training.

Customer project manager:
-
Be the primary Customer project manager and play a critical role in supporting the executive leader in executing the One Company project across the customer vertical teams.
Job Specific Competencies

Skilled in financial analysis (EBITDA).

Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point computer skills.

Work Hour & Travel Requirements

Regularly exposed to long hours at a computer, occasional travel, and changing work hours.

TheogCompanies is a Pacific Standard Time (PST) based company; therefore, this position will need to be available during normal PST working hours if not located on PST time zones.
Experience and Education
-
Bachelorโs degree in business related major and 20+ years of business leadership experience in sales, marketing and/or business strategy.

Specific experience required leading customer strategy, communication, marketing, planning, and project management in similar organizations.
-
Process development & management experience.
-
Project management experience is essential.
