We are seeking a "hybrid" specialist capable of managing two critical areas: technical automation and marketing execution. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who does not just follow a checklist but thinks critically to build scalable solutions. You will be a key player in our operations, responsible for maintaining the infrastructure that allows our business to scale efficiently.

Qualifications

• Technical Mastery: Proven experience with GoHighLevel (CRM/Automations) and Zapier/Make is mandatory.
• Platform Experience: Familiarity with MindBody, WordPress, and Monday.com is highly preferred.
• AI Proficiency: Advanced experience using ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for content and automation logic.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing or operational insights.
• Autonomy: A self-starter who can take a high-level goal and execute it with minimal supervision.
• Communication: Proactive communicator with full professional proficiency in English.

Requirements

• Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Must have significant overlap with Pacific Time (PT) for real-time collaboration.
