[Hiring] Virtual Assistant – Marketing & Admin @Remote World

Role Description

You'll support the account managers with scheduling social posts, preparing reports, managing content calendars, updating spreadsheets, and handling the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps client campaigns on track. You'll be organised, reliable, and quick to get to grips with new tools.

• Schedule and publish social media posts using Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
• Maintain and update content calendars for multiple clients
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports from ad platforms
• Handle general admin including document formatting, data entry, and inbox management
• Research competitor content, industry news, and trending topics for briefs

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented — you keep multiple plates spinning without dropping any
• Good written English for client-facing documents and communications
• Quick learner with new tools and platforms
• Reliable — deadlines in marketing are real

Requirements

• Experience in a marketing agency or supporting a marketing team (nice to have)
• Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) (nice to have)
• Exposure to Meta Ads Manager or Google Analytics reporting (nice to have)
