Role Description
Lead marketing across DealerOn and Lead Science, with accountability for qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and profitable growth. Develop distinct strategies for each brand while sharing resources, systems, and capabilities. This is a hands-on role for a leader who delivers results with lean budgets and small teams. You must be comfortable setting strategy, improving revenue operations, and personally building and managing campaigns when needed.

Own marketing strategy and budgets:

Set priorities, growth targets, and investment plans for both brands.

Allocate resources based on performance and customer acquisition economics.

Drive demand:

Lead campaigns across paid media, organic search, content, email, events, and partnerships.

Own marketing-sourced qualified pipeline targets and partner with Sales to convert opportunities into revenue.

Execute directly:

Build, launch, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns as needed, including audience segmentation, workflows, landing pages, and tracking.

Lead positioning and product marketing:

Develop differentiated messaging, launch products, create customer proof, and equip Sales with effective content and competitive insights.

Strengthen RevOps:

Align Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance on qualification, routing, lifecycle stages, handoffs, attribution, and reporting.

Improve CRM and marketing automation workflows, data quality, and funnel visibility.

Manage performance:
-
Translate revenue goals into pipeline requirements.
-
Track acquisition costs, payback, conversion, and budget performance.
-
Review results regularly and act on gaps.

Support customer growth:

Partner with Customer Success on adoption, cross-sell, expansion, retention, and advocacy.

Lead a lean team:
-
Set clear ownership and priorities, coach talent, and manage vendors.
-
Use automation and repeatable processes to increase output within budget.

Present results and investment recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications

Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Marketing or a related field
-
10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership of strategy, teams, and budgets.

Proven pipeline and revenue growth in B2B software, technology-enabled services, or digital marketing.

Demonstrated RevOps experience spanning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, including funnel management, attribution, and forecasting.

Recent hands-on campaign implementation experience and practical fluency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

A track record of delivering growth with small teams and constrained budgets.

Strong financial judgment and accountability for growth targets, acquisition efficiency, and investment returns.

Strong positioning, product marketing, team leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.

Multi-brand leadership; automotive technology or vertical SaaS experience; and experience launching products, entering markets, or integrating acquired businesses.
