Role Description

The VP, Marketing will be directly responsible for building and leading the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of omni-channel marketing programs that drive growth and deliver business objectives across multiple markets.

  • Understand respective business areas, strategies, and customer needs.
  • Set the prioritization of marketing initiatives with the leadership team.
  • Ensure initiatives provide maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across 5 markets to enable growth priorities.
  • Lead and coordinate the development of annual marketing plans supporting overall business strategic plans.
  • Direct and monitor operational performance with corporate and regional teams.
  • Review budgets and performance metrics to drive performance management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive work experience in sales, marketing, business development, or equivalent combination of experience and training.

Requirements

  • Strong command of marketing strategy, planning, execution, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage business analysis for strategic planning and initiatives.
  • Senior-level Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead without title authority in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong organizational agility, not intimidated by ambiguity.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools.
  • Proficient in website optimization tools.
