Role Description
The Vice President, PDAC Marketing will report directly to the SVP, US Field and Marketing. This executive marketing role will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of Revolution Medicine’s strategic brand plans for the company’s lead RAS programs in preparation for anticipated launches. You will be responsible for building a team to support expanding marketing needs.

Set and characterize winning product/portfolio strategies (National and Regional).

Lead the PDAC marketing team in developing and executing omnichannel tactical portfolio and brand plans.

Develop strategies based on comprehensive market knowledge and competitive research.

Understand regional assessments and differences to inform recommendations and strategic plans.

Partner closely with field-based marketers responsible for Insights and Advocacy.

Lead and develop a team of marketers, ensuring cross tumor, portfolio, and pipeline considerations are incorporated into Launch Planning.

Inspire a shared vision for cross-functional partners to achieve product/portfolio goals.

Work closely with portfolio strategy and corporate strategy leadership to translate longer-term product goals into relevant downstream marketing activities.

Represent marketing in various leadership forums and Sr Leadership Meetings.

Operate as an ambassador of the company, establishing trust with all relevant stakeholders.

Demonstrate strong collaboration and influencing skills with internal and external teams.

Own and strategically manage the marketing budget to maximize investment.

Collaborate closely with sales leadership to develop marketing strategies and materials.

Maintain a results-driven orientation to support the sales team in achieving performance expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).

20+ years of progressive commercial experience in a biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical company.

Successful history of developing and executing marketing strategies.

Experience in leading the launch of new products in competitive spaces.

Proven experience in a smaller, rapidly growing company.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across an organization.

Requirements

PDAC, Solid tumor, targeted, oral oncolytics product experience strongly preferred.
