[Hiring] User Acquisition Manager @RMGS

Role Description

You’ll be joining a small & agile team. You are expected to do 1 or 2 things better than the existing team members. This is not a typical 9-5 job. Neither the expectations nor the rewards & compensation for this role are conventional.

• Excellent knowledge of mobile app UA.
• Understanding the logic behind a mobile app ad auction.
• Sophisticated understanding of how ad exchanges work, DSP, SSPs, etc.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to optimize UA campaigns in real time and your time will be compensated.

• Expected to be better than existing team members in at least 1 paid social media channel.
• Success measured by the cost per conversion your campaign brings in and the methodology you choose to follow.

This is an unconventional organization where upwards mobility opportunities are unlimited and directly tied to the growth of our clients.

• 40% deploying/training/mentoring AI agents.
• 40% campaign & creative optimization side by side with the agents.
• 20% building processes to train AI agents and refine strategic roles.

You will be strictly required NOT TO perform any repetitive tasks and pioneer the automation process.

Qualifications

• Top 1% intellectual curiosity mindset.
• Min 3 years of experience in managing paid social mobile app campaigns in a competitive sector.
• Excellent understanding of mobile app MarTech.
• Experience in using AI agents to automate processes.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Creative in generating new business.
• Analytical with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Well-organized to lead complex operations effectively.

Requirements

• Ability to work from anywhere in the world.
• Must work at least 5+ hours/day in the Pacific Time Zone.
• Expected to articulate complex UA problems simply during external calls with prospects and clients.
