Role Description

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Intern (Long-Term) who wants to learn how real performance marketing works — not from textbooks, but from inside a global growth engine.

• Work on Real Paid Growth: You’ll assist in launching and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok — learning how to manage real budgets and performance KPIs.
• Understand Full-Funnel Growth: Track the full journey (web + app), see how CAC, CTR, and ROAS connect and learn how to identify what makes users convert or drop off.
• Collaborate on Ad Creatives: Work side-by-side with our in-house designers and performance team. Learn how to turn insights into creative briefs and data into better ads.
• Automate & Build with AI: You’ll build AI-powered workflows and agents to automate creative testing, reporting, and campaign optimization. Learn how to design systems that turn data into insights, move faster, and drive smarter growth decisions.
• Join the Growth Squad: You’ll be part of the team that sits at the center of product, design, and analytics where every decision drives real business impact.

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in relevant disciplines
• Available for a long-term, part-time internship program (min. 6 months)
• Passion for performance marketing, data, and growth mechanics
• Curiosity for AI, automation, and analytics tools
• Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
• Comfortable with numbers, metrics, and fast iteration

Requirements

• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or any ad platform (Bonus Points)
• Previous marketing, startup, or analytics internship (Bonus Points)
• Familiarity with web-to-app conversion funnels (Bonus Points)
