[Hiring] TVAD Senior Specialist @Tinuiti

Role Description

As a TV, Video, Audio & Display (TVAD) Senior Specialist, you will own the execution, day-to-day management, launching, and improvement of TV, Audio, & Display (TVAD) campaigns and buys. You will ensure campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with best-in-class media acumen, negotiation, and Tinuiti Way practices to drive new customer and revenue growth while keeping efficiency on track.

• Execute media buys and campaign management across TV, audio, and display, ensuring alignment with client goals and full-funnel strategies.
• Prepare accurate, on-time updates and participate in client touchpoints (calls, updates, presentations) with Client Partners and channel leads.
• Translate marketplace and partner insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Identify and recommend changes (budget, pacing, frequency cap adjustments, network mix) within guardrails, noting potential trade-offs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years running TV/video/audio/display with hands-on builds, launches, pacing, and optimizations in a media agency or publisher environment.
• Proven track record of leveraging partner relationships and industry knowledge to negotiate and execute media opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with GA4 and platform analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, business writing, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with buying platforms (DSPs, research tools) a plus.
• Basic testing literacy (awareness of A/B testing, simple lift concepts, and statistical significance) is required; SQL familiarity is a plus.
