[Hiring] Trainee SEA Manager @adstrong

Role Description

Gain hands-on experience in SEA and Google Shopping as a Trainee SEA Manager in adstrong’s Affiliate Marketing team. Learn to analyze, optimize and grow international campaigns while actively contributing from the start. See the measurable impact of your work on campaigns for some of Europe’s biggest ecommerce brands. As your expertise grows, so will your responsibilities:

• Trainee SEA Manager (6–12 months) → Junior SEA Manager → SEA Manager → Senior SEA Manager → Challenge the boss!

Tasks

• Analyze and optimize international Google Shopping campaigns and learn what drives profitable growth.
• Learn how to identify opportunities, improve performance and grow your client portfolio.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new clients and make sure they get off to a strong start.
• Audit and enhance product data feeds to maximize campaign potential.
• Create and use reports to identify opportunities, understand performance and turn data into action.
• Work closely with our Partnerships Manager to answer client queries and solve performance-related issues.
• Contribute your ideas and take an active role in quarterly team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, mathematics, science or another analytical field.
• Business-professional German and fluent English (C1); additional languages, especially French, are a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, including excellent MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage your time and priorities effectively in a remote setup.
• Proactive, quick to learn and ready to take ownership of your work.
• Previous marketing or sales experience in the DACH market is a plus.
