[Hiring] TikTok Shop Specialist @Impact Brands, LLC

Role Description

Join us as a remote TikTok Shop Specialist and let’s impact billions together!

• Own the affiliate growth strategy for assigned TikTok Shop accounts
• Work on and manage creators' channels: Discord, WhatsApp
• Recommend commission structures, bundles, and offers that incentivize creator output
• Identify when to lean into seeding, retainers, or live-focused affiliates
• Source high-quality creators through Affiliate Center, outreach, and internal creator communities
• Manage and work on TikTok shop lives
• Build and maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates
• Coordinate creative briefs for creators, content expectations, and posting cadence
• Identify winning creators and content formats to scale
• Diagnose underperformance and implement corrective strategies
• Share weekly insights and actionable learnings with internal teams and clients
• Work closely with the TikTok shop manager, Media Buyers, Designers, Representatives
• And other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Higher education in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media advertising (TikTok Ads experience preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Passion for social media advertising and continuous learning

Compensation

From 1,400 €/mon. net. Open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
