Role Description

Scale TikTok affiliate programs for a thriving DTC brand.

We're looking for two TikTok Affiliate Administrators. Both roles are responsible for managing and growing TikTok affiliate creators programs:

• One program will be managed in the TikTok shop.
• One will be managed via Aspire.

Both roles will:

• Grow total TikTok affiliate participation through inbound and outreach channels.
• Manage creator approvals, samples, and commission structures within TikTok Shop or Aspire.
• Communicate with and nurture relationships with existing affiliates.
• Support campaign execution focused on Aminos or other Kion products.
• Provide platform-specific technical support to affiliates.

You’ll need to be available for at least 75% of Kion's workday, which runs from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain Time.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years minimum experience managing affiliate or creator programs.
• Hands-on experience with the TikTok Shop Affiliate platform.
• Strong outbound and onboarding skills for creator or affiliate programs.
• Excellent written communication for daily outreach and relationship management.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows including lists, invites, and onboarding flows.

Requirements

• Experience scaling large affiliate programs with 1,000+ creators (brownie points).
• Experience working with US-based creators and audiences (brownie points).
• Experience with other affiliate platforms like Aspire, Impact, or Grin (brownie points).
• Direct-to-consumer or ecommerce background (brownie points).
• Experience with health and wellness or supplement brands (brownie points).

Benefits

• $1,800 – $2,400 per month, depending on experience.
• Full-time, fully remote.
• 20 days of paid time off annually.
