[Hiring] Technical Content Marketing Manager @Bitrise

Role Description

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ideating and executing on new content marketing strategies and campaigns that drive revenue and delight the community. This person's mission is to ensure the company has a continuously growing library of highly effective content that attracts, excites, and converts.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in a content marketing role
• Experience with an IT or developer audience
• Experience or understanding of how to use GenAI tools to produce content at scale
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
• Know how to market complex products to both technical and non-technical buyers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and various levels of internal stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual members
• Team player abilities with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and dependency management skills with great attention to detail, ensuring that plans are successfully executed on time
• Business Level English mandatory, native English speaker preferred

Requirements

• Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy, create engaging content, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure impactful communication across diverse channels
• Copywrite and copyedit content across all our channels (in American English)
• Promote content across social media channels to optimize reach and engage with our community
• Contribute to our webinar program and report on results
• Manage and optimize content across the website
• Work with our web development to implement best in class digital experiences
• You’re a storyteller at heart, able to craft an engaging, purpose-driven narrative
• Leverage GenAI to produce impactful content at scale
• Analyze content marketing data and best practices to identify trends and opportunities
• A track record of developing SEO optimized content and reporting on the results
• Performing content gap analysis and content audits to assess how well content is performing and what content is missing
• Defining tasks for internal and external contributors, and providing feedback along the way
