Role Description
The Strategic Marketing Manager for Chromatography is responsible for developing and executing integrated global marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth for the chromatography portfolio. This role partners closely with Product Management, Commercial, and Digital teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused value propositions and measurable campaign outcomes.

Develop and execute data-driven global marketing plans based on customer segmentation, market trends, and competitive insights.

Lead multi-channel campaigns that increase product adoption, generate high-quality MQLs, and support pipeline growth.

Build and manage the customer-facing story, simplifying complex chromatography technologies into clear, differentiated value propositions.

Create and deliver high-impact content across digital, web, events, and sales enablement channels.

Collaborate with Product Management, Commercial, Applications, and Digital teams to align on priorities, messaging, and execution.

Manage campaign execution, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.

Track performance using KPIs and analytics, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness.

Support tradeshows, webinars, and customer-facing programs that position the chromatography portfolio within the broader Repligen offering.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field; MBA preferred.

4+ years of marketing experience in life sciences, biopharma, or bioprocessing technologies.

Leverage AI tools to significantly increase content velocity, personalization, and campaign efficiency while maintaining scientific accuracy.

Experience supporting product commercialization and demand generation programs.

Strong understanding of market segmentation, competitive analysis, and value proposition development.

Ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-focused messaging.

Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content).

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and KPIs to inform decisions and optimize performance.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and content development skills.
Requirements

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $96,732 - $148,323.

Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
