Role Description
We are looking for a 100% remote Sr. Web & Content Marketing Lead who is a strategic leader and growth driver. This role is responsible for developing and supporting execution of a web and content strategy that builds Quorumโs brand, sales pipeline, and nurtures customer and prospects. Reporting to the VP of Product & Brand Marketing, you will act as a force multiplier for the team, ensuring our narrative is differentiated, insight-backed, and consistently executed across every touchpoint.
As Sr. Web and Content Marketing Lead, you will own Quorum's voice, narrative, and content engine. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of brand strategy, thought leadership, and demand generation โ one that requires both creative vision and executional rigor. You will be responsible for shaping how the public affairs world understands and engages with Quorum, crafting content and enhancing the website that resonates with government relations professionals, advocacy leaders, corporate, and non-profit public affairs teams. You'll work closely with product marketing and demand gen to ensure that Quorum's brand shows up consistently and compellingly across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Content Excellence: Lead and support the brand team to publish high-quality content assets, including the goal of 5 new content pieces per week.

Oversee Web Strategy: Develop and manage Quorumโs website strategy, ensuring key pages are optimized for conversion and aligned with our AI-first positioning.

Champion AI Innovation: Experiment with various AI tools and develop automated workflows to optimize efficiency and content quality.

Data-Driven Optimization: Dissect data to enhance conversion rates, campaign velocity, and ROI, providing clear communications on progress and key initiatives.

PR Execution: Work as the internal PR arm to reinforce our category leadership in AI and promote new product launches to target publications.

Manage and Mentor: Directly manage the Content Marketing Manager and Senior Website Manager, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Qualifications

8+ years of brand or content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or a similarly complex, high-consideration category.

2+ years of people management experience.

Exceptional writer and editor โ you can translate nuanced, wonky subject matter into clear, compelling narratives.

Experience developing and maintaining brand voice guidelines across a marketing organization.

Proven track record building content programs that drive measurable results, including SEO/GEO/AEO, organic traffic, and pipeline contribution.

Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs), and WordPress.

Strong cross-functional collaborator who can work closely with product marketing, demand generation, design, and sales.

Comfortable operating at both the strategic and executional level โ you're as comfortable setting a content strategy as you are conducting an interview and writing a case study.

Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform and optimize content decisions.

Familiarity with the public affairs, government relations, or advocacy space is a strong plus โ but curiosity about policy and a willingness to become a subject matter expert is required.
