Role Description
This remote position involves building programs and managing systems required to generate consistent inbound lead traffic.
- Utilize Marketo or MAP to its fullest potential, employing all features available to load the top of the funnel.
- Know SFDC integration part.
- Great teamwork and ability to manage expectations from multiple groups.
- Collaborative and hands-on best practices of Marketo and SFDC.
- Excellent understanding of Lead Management, Lead Routing, and Life-cycle Management.
- Strategic approach considering optimization and scalability in marketing technologies.
- Work with the team to review program requirements and identify areas of optimization.
- Update progress on email marketing campaigns and programs.
- Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions and recommendations.
- Experience with managing large sets of data, maintaining good data health and quality.
- Maintain pulse of key performance metrics, dashboards, and flag leadership when action is required.
- Manage Lead Quality, Lead Scoring, and Lead Routing in Marketo.
- Assess ad hoc analytic project requests and determine the best approach and team members to support.
- Advise marketing operations functions on data requirements necessary for desired analysis.
- Ensure that data findings are appropriately visualized for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Marketo/MAP experience.
- 2-3 years of Salesforce experience.
- Must be self-motivated and passionate about Marketing Automation.
- Team player.
- Hands-on experience with dashboard and reporting.
- Ability to create compelling slides for executive review.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Program and project management skill is a MUST.
- Lead nurturing and Lead scoring experience is good to have.
