Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Sr. Digital Paid Ads Analyst to lead our paid advertising efforts and contribute to the success of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, Nextdoor, Facebook, and Instagram for our top tier clients. You will also lead a small team, ensuring our paid ad strategies align with client objectives and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute paid advertising strategies to achieve client goals, optimizing for performance across various digital platforms.
• Campaign Management: Oversee and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and more, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of paid ad specialists, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
• Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI for our clients.
• Client Communication: Collaborate with our Client Success team to understand client goals, provide strategic recommendations, and report on campaign performance.
• Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and platform updates to refine and enhance campaign strategies continuously.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years of digital paid advertising experience within an agency setting.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Platform Expertise: Proficient in managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and relationship management.
• Healthcare Marketing Experience: Not required but is a plus.
