Role Description
Own Brand Relationships and Program Execution

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of DTC brands.

Build strong relationships and guide brands through onboarding, campaign execution, and ongoing growth.

Manage day-to-day workflows across the ad delivery process.

Ensure content is delivered, performance goals are met, and brands are set up for success on GrapevineAI.
Develop Creative Strategy and Growth Roadmaps

Partner with brands and internal creative strategists to define performance-driven creative strategies.

Build clear growth roadmaps combining written and visual content to achieve business goals.

Ensure creative direction aligns with brand needs and audience expectations.
Drive Content Execution and Quality

Support the development of high-impact content by partnering with Creative Strategists.
-
Leverage market insights and performance data.
-
Oversee content production from a project management standpoint.
-
Provide thoughtful feedback on UGC, video, static ads, and written content.
-
Ensure all outputs meet brand standards and quality expectations.
Own Performance and Optimization

Analyze campaign performance to understand what’s working and where to improve.

Use data and insights to guide creative iterations and optimize advertorial content.
-
Improve conversion rates while helping brands achieve revenue and growth goals.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Deliver Results

Work closely with Content Strategists and cross-functional teams.

Align on creative direction, performance insights, and campaign execution.

Maintain consistent communication with brands through meetings and Slack.
Bring New Ideas and Drive Innovation

Continuously explore new ideas, strategies, and opportunities to improve performance.

Contribute to evolving how Grapevine approaches social advertising.

Test new concepts and share insights that move the business forward.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 0–2 years of experience across startups, performance marketing, analytics, consulting, or other growth-oriented industries.

Strong interest in marketing, creative strategy, and consumer brands.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including skills like pivot tables and data organization.

Business curiosity and awareness, with an interest in market trends and competitive landscapes.
-
An entrepreneurial, builder mindset with excitement for testing ideas.
