Role Description
Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Content and Social Media to join our team! The Specialist, Content and Social Media is responsible for executing digital content and social media strategies across the Navitus Health Solutions enterprise. This role focuses on three primary areas:

Content creation and publishing

Social media community management

News/social media monitoring/reporting
The Specialist will play a key role in strengthening brand visibility, audience engagement, and overall reputation by delivering high-quality content, actively managing online communities, and providing actionable insights based on performance and sentiment.
Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish compelling content for the websites and social media channels of the Navitus Health Solutions enterprise.

Manage and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand voice and enterprise messaging.

Create and publish content from a cross-channel calendar focused on website and social media updates.

Apply search-engine optimization (SEO), ask-engine optimization (AEO), and social media optimization (SMO) best practices to improve visibility, engagement, and traffic.

Partner with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Creative Services, and other work groups to ensure that content aligns with broader campaigns, business priorities, and brand standards.

Serve as a content steward, ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness across all touchpoints.

Manage daily activity across social media accounts for the Navitus Health Solutions enterprise, including monitoring, posting, and engagement.

Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, consistent with company standards and policies.

Identify opportunities to amplify positive engagement, including from internal and external audiences, as well as address reputational risks appropriately.

Foster strong online communities by promoting meaningful interactions and maintaining a consistent brand presence.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align responses and engagement strategies with organizational priorities.

Monitor social media channels, digital platforms, and online communities to understand how audiences interact with our content.

Track and report on brand presence across trade publications, general-interest media, and other online sources.

Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Google Search to identify trends, sentiment, and visibility across owned and earned channels.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field required.

2 years of experience in content creation, communications, marketing, or journalism required.

Demonstrated experience creating and managing digital and social media content, with a portfolio of published work required.

Experience managing social media platforms and engaging audiences across channels such as LinkedIn and the Meta platforms required.

Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and digital marketing tools required.

Experience with social listening and analytics tools (Hootsuite, HubSpot, Adobe Analytics, etc.) required.

Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, SMO, social media trends, and digital best practices required.

Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
