[Hiring] Solution Campaign Marketing Director @FICO

Role Description

This position is a great opportunity for a strategic, creative, and AI-savvy marketer with a proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel enterprise B2B marketing programs that start conversations and drive and accelerate pipeline at scale.

This director owns solution campaign marketing for North American growth accounts— the broad base of prospect and early-stage accounts across FICO's target industries. The mandate is to build interest, awareness, and qualified pipeline across that account universe so that accounts land, generate initial ARR, and earn a place in our Pod-based ABM program. This role is the engine that feeds the Pods, which are responsible for expansion of our FICO® Platform solution across our existing customer accounts.

What You’ll Contribute

• Serve as the strategic solution campaign marketing lead for all NorAm growth accounts.
• Set priorities and orchestrate execution, collaborating with FICO’s digital, value messaging team, events, and SDR teams.
• Design and execute well-orchestrated, scalable multi-channel campaigns incorporating email, webinars, advertising, tradeshows, and other 1:Many tactics.
• Define and run the account journey from first touch to "Pod-ready".
• Own marketing-sourced pipeline, new-logo, and initial-ARR targets across assigned account base.
• Bring a point of view on how AI can be used to generate qualified pipeline beyond content creation at scale.
• Apply scaled, 1:Many and 1:Few campaign strategies across the non-Pod account base.
• Build and maintain a strong partnership with NorAm Sales leadership and Pod leads.
• Develop messaging strategies and content for emails, webinars, and events.
• Partner with the events team to plan and execute outstanding tradeshows and customer-specific events.
• Identify white-space growth opportunities across the assigned NorAm account base.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of complex selling environments in the B2B technology world.
• 10 to 15 years of progressive B2B technology marketing experience.
• Proven experience running scaled, always-on campaign engines across a large, diverse account base.
• B2B technology marketing experience spanning FICO's core industries (banking, telco, and related sectors) preferred.
• Maturity and skill in collaborating with senior executives, customers, and sales teams.
• Creative skills in both communications and problem solving.
• Expertise in using metrics and marketing performance measurement to optimize results and ROI.
• Strong experience using GenAI to develop demand generation and event content.
• Outstanding writing and presentation skills.
• A passion for technology, learning, and creativity.
• Knowledge and experience building demand marketing plans.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.

• The targeted base pay range for this role is: $115,500 to $181,500.
