Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Social Solutions Associate to join our growing Media Solutions team, driving the development of our social media offering in North America. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented professional with a proven track record of launching, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role is central to our operational delivery, encompassing client onboarding, performance optimization, and client growth and retention. Crucially, you will provide essential support to Social Solutions Managers by implementing process improvements, handling reporting requests, and assisting with daily execution to ensure stability and efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding and Development:
    • Facilitate pre and post-onboarding support for new social media clients, educating them on our processes and strategies via insights from Social Media Manager.
  • Campaign Management and Reporting:
    • Launch, maintain, and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve client goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Monitor campaign pacing and performance metrics, proactively addressing any issues.
    • Prepare and deliver detailed campaign reports with insights, wins, and areas for improvement.
  • Client Growth and Retention:
    • Manage a smaller scale portfolio of clients, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
    • Build strong client relationships and proactively address their evolving needs.
    • Collaborate with the Social Solutions Management team to ensure alignment and growth.
  • Team Support and Process Improvement:
    • Support the Social Solutions Managers and team with daily tasks and initiatives.
    • Execute identified process improvements in social media workflows to drive efficiency.
    • Implement reporting requests.
    • Support Media Buyer communication with the social solutions managers.
  • Industry Expertise and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Stay updated on the latest trends, ad formats, and advancements in social media platforms.
    • Share updates and best practices with internal teams to enhance knowledge and expertise.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of third-party tools and their integration with social media campaigns.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in paid social media management, with a strong focus on campaign strategy and optimization.
  • Experience in digital media agencies or tech publishers is a plus.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of social media platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including media buying, bidding models, and optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, with a strong ability to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with a focus on understanding client needs and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting strategies and reports to clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications

  • Social media certifications are a plus.

Travel

  • This role may involve occasional travel for in-person collaboration, meetings, trainings, etc.
